The Audition Panel has had a tough time choosing a cast from the numerous great auditions we saw and heard from so many very talented people. In the end the panel were thrilled with the group who came closest to the vision of our Stage and Musical directors.
We are happy to present the cast of BLOC’s spring show of the Addams Family, the Musical.
A very big thank you to all those who came out for auditions for the Addams Family. In the end we had almost 100 candidates for our initial (watch that space) cast of 40. It was such a great sounding chorus on practice nights – so sad we can’t take all of you. So many talented, funny, warm renditions for our solos. And a very big bravo to our younger candidates who had to brave the very scary audition process. The audition committee will be deciding soon – wish us luck!!!!
This year's AGM will be held at De Kam Cultural Centre in Wezembeek-Oppem on Thursday, 26th March 2020.
If you feel like standing for a position on the Committee, you have to be a paid up member and send the nomination document our chairman, Tony Lowe by 31st January 2020, 23.59.
The auditions for BLOC next show have started.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to register.

Yesterday evening, BLOC has held its introduction evening for its next show, The Addams Family.

Our new season has started, yesterday, with the practice evening for aspiring soloists for The Sorcerer. Thanks to everyone involved for making it such fun evening. It never stops to amaze me what a lot talent there is in BLOC!
